Reality Check
Just a quick note to apologize for no new posts in the last week.
Things have a little crazy around here.
My little boy got unexpectedly sick last week and spent some time in the hospital.
The good news is that he’s going to be just fine. Kids are tough and they bounce back quickly. The bad news is that Mountain Mama is tired.
Physically exhausted and emotionally drained.
I’m behind in every area of my life right now.
So forgive me as I take a few more days to catch up on life. And laundry. Honestly, it’s the laundry that gets me every time…………….
I can’t wait to be back in the kitchen.
